History
Our founder, Barbara Patterson, had a sincere mission to do correctly what corporate entities were getting wrong: customer service...after working for one of America's largest medical service providers, the poor quality of deliverable services would not be tolerated; unfortunately, changing a monsterous corporation is virtually impossible, but doing what they do--even if on a smaller scale--isn't impossible...so, in 2006, OBE began offering techinical writing, editing and medical consumer research--for a fraction of the cost and we've only grown since then! We now offer a variety of additional services as well.
Future Goals
As a new start-up, we look to tap into the local market and project a 3% growth for 2010. Our overhead is modest and we actively court investors We look to enhance our existing entities through implementing the latest innovations and technologies; to achieve name recognition via high-quality, responsive service and support. We hope to tap into the global market within five years.
